1. Delivery Areas

• Pentoink.com delivers to all Emirates across UAE. Now you can demand your delivery in any part of UAE including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain and Fujairah.

2. Delivery Charges

• Free delivery for all orders on and above AED 300. For orders below AED 300 a shipping fee of AED 35 is charged per order.

3. Free Shipping

• Free in-store pickup facility is available. As soon as the order is placed, our in-house team will prepare your package and a notification will be sent to your customer account, once the order is ready for pick-up.

4. Delivery Schedule

• Delivery times can be vary from 24 to 72 hours.
• Working days will be from Monday to Friday.
• In cases of delay in delivery , please get in touch with our customer service at sales@pentoink.com to give you more information about your order status.

5. Order Status

• You can track your order through your account dashboard or your tracking id.
