Return Policy

www.pentoink.com offers a 7-day return period from the date of purchase.

  1. Non-returnable conditions:

EDUCRATES STATIONERY LLC will not accept any returns if the following apply:-

  • Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are not in the original condition as you received them.
  • Products that are installed or used.
  • Products that are tampered or with missing contents.
  • Products that are not in their original packaging.
  • Returns without original invoice/ receipt.
  • Discounted/ clearance items are non returnable/ non refundable.

 

  1. Returnable conditions:

EDUCRATES STATIONERY LLC will accept return request of products with below conditions

  • When you have received the wrong product.
  • When you have received a damaged product.

On the above condition, you can raise a return request with the below mentioned conditions

  • The product must be unused and in original form with all the tags and original packaging.

 

  1. How to Submit a Return Request?

To submit a return request for an item you have bought on EDUCRATES STATIONERY LLC, login to your customer account and go to your order details under your dashboard. Press the ‘Return’ button.

 

  1. Return Process

Step 1: Submit Your Return Request

    • Login to your account
    • Choose the order number
    • Choose your product to return
    • Click on submit request
    • Our team will Review
    • Confirmation of returning the product will be communicated.

Once the product has been received our team will review it, and if the return does not breach with any of our (Non Returnable clause)s we will initiate the refund within 7-14 Working days.

 

Step 2: Product Collection

Our pick-up agent will contact you to schedule a time for the collection of the product. The product will be delivered to our team for inspection.

 

Step 3: Final Review and Decision

Our inspection team will either approve or reject the claim and the decision will be communicated through your registered email ID and can also be tracked in your customer dashboard.

  • If Rejected: if you think your return request is valid, you can write to us, mentioning your order ID to sales@pentoink.com
  • If Approved: your refund will be processed within 7-15 business days as below,
    • Refund to Card: the refund will be made to your credit card in the event you have paid for your order by card
    • Refund to Bank account: the refund will be made to your bank account in the event you have paid through a Cash on Delivery.
